1. Rinse the retainer with cold water each time it is removed and before putting it back.
2. When you are not wearing it, please store the retainer in the bracket plastic box.
3. Don't use a toothpaste brush holder, because it may scratch the surface.
4. After each meal, use cool to mild water and soft toothbrush holder.
5. Do not put the retainer into hot water, which will make it shrink.
6. Wash the retainer with a special retainer cleaner every two to three months.
